We can work with any customer feedback data that can be exported as a CSV file.
This includes:
- Survey data (customer satisfaction, transcational, TSM, NPS surveys)
- Complaints data
- Call transcripts
- Social media feedback
- Online reviews
We typically ask for 5-6 different data sources, with survey data and complaints being the "lowest hanging fruit" to start with.
We'll handle the data upload for you during the PoC - while we have templates, we've found it's easier if we set this up initially rather than customers trying to format it themselves.
Volume limits: We'll work with you on appropriate data volumes. For example, we wouldn't take "all calls from the last 10 years" as that would be too much data to generate useful insights.
The entire PoC process typically takes 4-6 weeks from start to finish as follows:
- Week 1: Kickoff meeting and data collection
- Weeks 2-3: Data upload, categorization, and analysis
- Week 4: Report generation and PowerBI dashboard creation
- Weeks 5-6: Report review, feedback incorporation, and final presentation.
The timeline can vary depending on how quickly we receive your data, as that's often the main bottleneck. Once we have your data, the analysis and reporting phases move efficiently.
The PoC costs £5,575.
This gives you a comprehensive analysis report, PowerBI dashboards, and actionable recommendations. The PoC is completely risk-free - if you're not satisfied with the results, you can get your money back (we pride ourselves on the fact that this has never happened before!).
We're exploring options like crediting the PoC cost against your first year's subscription if you proceed. Currently, the PoC is a standalone service, but we're considering ways to make the transition smoother for customers who want to continue.
Absolutely. The PoC is specifically tailored to your organisation. During the kickoff meeting, we ask three key questions:
What's the problem we're solving? What change are you hoping for?
Desired outcomes: "If you had a magic wand and knew the mind of all your customers, what would that allow you to do?"
Specific areas of interest: Topics your senior leaders care about, hypotheses you want to test and which stakeholders need to see the report and in which format.
We typically do 3 deep dives based on your priorities, though this can be adjusted.
For housing associations, we have a range of pre-defined TSM categories in line with regulation, but we can create custom themes for any specific issues (like location-specific concerns or unique service areas).
We take data security seriously, though for specific security protocols and certifications, we recommend speaking directly with our team about your particular requirements.
We use secure OneDrive for all data transfers and storage. Our platform is designed with enterprise-level security standards, and we're happy to work with your IT and information security teams to address any specific requirements.
We can provide detailed security documentation and work through any compliance requirements during the kickoff process. Many of our clients are in highly regulated industries (financial services, social housing) and we have experience meeting strict security and compliance standards.

The PoC is designed to be low-effort on your side. You'll need:
- Initial kick-off meeting: 1-2 people for the kickoff meeting (typically 1 hour)
- Someone to help gather and export your data: 1-2 people for report review and feedback sessions (usually 2-4 hours total)
- Final presentation: Attendance (key stakeholders) who will be presented with results. (1-2 hours)
We specifically chose this model to minimize IT involvement on your side - you don't need technical integration or ongoing IT support during the PoC.
Answer: The PoC will deliver three types of insights:
1. Volume and Priority Analysis: What customers are talking about most, which issues affect the largest number of people, trending topics and emerging themes.
2. Root Cause Analysis: Why customers feel the way they do, what specific aspects of your service drive satisfaction or dissatisfaction, hidden connections between different issues.
3. Actionable Recommendations: Specific changes you can make immediately, evidence-led business cases for larger improvements, quick wins and longer-term strategic priorities.
